What's New in Java Pet Store Demo 1.3.1
Here are the changes that we have made to the Java Pet Store Demo application
since its 1.3_01 release :
- Demonstration of document-oriented Web-services
- Demonstration of method-oriented Web-services
- Demonstration of effective techniques in handling XML documents
- Use of the Java Standard Tag Library (JSTL) in the web tier
- Demonstration of several J2EE design patterns
- Implementation of Work Flow Manager to process incoming Purchase
Orders as per well defined workflow
- Some bug fixes and minor cleanup from previous release
