Early Access Index Java Business Integration Technology Preview Java Business Integration (JSR 208) provides a plugable foundation for implementing an extensible Service Oriented Architecture. Java Business Integration (JBI) also provides a standard container for SOA-based applications through the definition of a standard Service Assembly, also know as a composite service descriptor. JBI enables SOA extensibility collaboration between different integration technologies through a Message Exchange Pattern (MEP) and Service Provider Interfaces (SPI)s for Service Engines and Binding Interfaces.
