JSR 182 JPay - Payment API for the Java Platform Early Draft Review
Requests the creation of the Payment API for the Java Platform (JPay) specification. The JPay API will support payments in an open, web-like environment. (October 27, 2004)

JavaHelp API 2.0_02 First Customer Ship
JavaHelp software is a full-featured, platform-independent, extensible help system that enables developers and authors to incorporate online help in applets, components, applications, operating systems, and devices. (November 3, 2004)

Java MP3 Plugin 1.0 First Customer Ship
Contains a Java Sound plugin as well as a Java Media Framework plugin for playing MPEG-2 Layer 3 Audio. (November 11, 2004)

Java Access Bridge for Windows Operating System 2.0 Beta
Version 2.0 fixes a multiple bugs and improves the installation process. (November 15, 2004)
