This is the result of an independent effort to convert the JDK 1.1.7B
documentation to a format that would be readily usable by those doing Java
Development on the Macintosh Platform.  All filenames are 31 characters or
fewer in length, and all of the contained hyperlinks resolve correctly.

Please note that this is *not* the entire set of documentation contained in
the jdk1.1.7B/docs/ directory.  Only what's contained in
jdk1.1.7B/docs/api/.

There are two additional files in the api folder:

    1) _start.nmap    This file contains the filename translations used,
                      and was produced by Metrowerks Class Wrangler

    2) _fixapi        The Unix shell script used to do the 'dirtywork' of
                      fixing the hyperlinks within the HTML files.
