Cherwell Scientific
This applet from Cherwell Scientific is part of a suite of applets for
visualizing molecules and processing chemistry data. The suite is evolving
rapidly to become a powerful, general-purpose, toolbox for chemistry on the
World Wide Web.
Adam Hodgkin, the company founder, believes that Java technology is the big new
frontier in scientific software: "Technical experts often talk about Java technology as
another computer language, but it appears to us that its key importance
is that this is the language that will facilitate network-based computing."
