`javacard.framework.service` Bug ID:6867723	RMI should be specified as optional in the Classic Edition, Version 3.0.1.	The `javacard.framework.service` package is described as an extension package in the API specification package description. However, the Runtime Environment Specification, Java Card Platform, Version 3.0.1, Classic Edition does not explicitly describe the optionality of the package and thereby RMI functionality. Locations in the specification where that should appear are: Chapter 8 where RMI is described. Chapter 9, in the subsection "Optional Extension Packages" where other optional packages are listed.
