Web Services for Remote Portlet 2.0 Beta 2 Software Release Notes

The Web Services for Remote Portlet (WSRP) 2.0 Beta 2 software is available as an application server extension when you install the Java Application Platform SDK Update 7 software.

System Requirements

The WSRP 2.0 Beta 2 Software is an add-on to the Java Application Platform SDK Update 7 software. Here is the list of software components required to work with WSRP 2.0 Beta 2:

• Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server v2.1: Refer to the Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server v2.1 Release Notes for information on technical requirements and supported platforms.
• Portlet Container 2.1: Refer to the Portlet Container 2.1 Software Release Notes for information on technical requirements and installation instructions.

Configuration Information

The user name and password for WSRP 2.0 Beta 2 software is the same as the user name and password for your Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server v2.1.

Known Issues

---

• WSRP 2.0 Beta 2 software does not support Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server in a clustered environment.
