Overview

The Multitasking QTS is a collection of quality test suites for platforms that implement the Java Wireless Client Software APIs. These tests run under the direction of the Java Device Test Suite, version 2.0.

Note - The information presented in this guide assumes a fully installed and operational version of the Java Device Test Suite. For complete information about how to install and use the Java Device Test Suite, see the Sun Java Device Test Suite documentation set.

To administer the Java Wireless Client Software tests, you must be thoroughly familiar with the material in the Sun Java Device Test Suite Administrator's Guide. To run the Java Wireless Client Software tests, you must be thoroughly familiar with the material in the Sun Java Device Test Suite User's Guide. This guide does not repeat information that is provided in these two guides.

The Java Wireless Client Software test suite described by this guide is Multitasking_Quality_Test_Suite.

If you are an test suite administrator, proceed to Chapter 2. If you are a test suite user, proceed to Chapter 3.
