Cancellation, substitution and refund policy:
Cancellation of your 2009 JavaOne conference registration for any reason must be received in writing. Send it to our registration department via email at javaoneinfo@eventreg.com, by fax (+1-650-226-0840), or by mail:

For a full refund, notification must be given by April 22, 2009. After April 22, 2009, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued after May 6, 2009. No credit will be given for late notices or no-shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received prior to the Conference. George P. Johnson reserves the right to rescind any registration and, in such an event, will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times in the 2009 JavaOne conference program are subject to change. No one under the age of 18 is permitted. Photo identification is required to receive a badge and/or a badge holder.
