Novafex Software Limited is a fast-growing startup whose mission is to create leading-edge new media tools for the Internet. Novafex's premier product is Revel3D, a technology designed for transmitting enormous volumes of complex, three-dimensional data in very small packets, including morphing special effects and level-of-detail information. These effects add dynamic 3D interaction and realism to the Internet. Revel3D allows 3D models to be transmitted in as little as a few kilobytes, enabling the deployment of complex 3D graphics in online situations with very low-bandwidth restrictions such as banner ads, net trailers and online games.

Novafex is using the Java 3D API as a fast prototyping tool for its 3D model technology, Revel3D, as well as for the foundation for its cross-platform tool-set. Java 3D technology gives Novafex the ability to deploy its tools on a wide variety of platforms and operating systems without requiring extensive development time or cost.
