Q: What is the Java Learning Center
Program?
A: Through the use of an online class environment, the Java
Learning Center program allows developers to see, hear, and read
the JavaOneSM
conference sessions using a multimedia tool. Taught by technology
experts, the session content reflects the most current, up-to-date
information available.
Q: It doesn't ask me for a password when I register. How do I get a password
to
log in with?
A: The password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you entered for
registration
shortly after you register.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can change your password by logging in and changing your profile. You can find
the "Change Your Profile" link on the right hand side of your home account page when you are logged in.
Simply enter in a new password, retype the password to confirm and click on the update
profile button. Your password will be updated to reflect the new change.
Q: I have a password and userid but I cannot login to the sessions.
What
do I do?
A: There are several things to try: Sometimes, cutting and pasting the login
and
password leaves a 'blank' after the login name or password. Make sure it is the
exact ID and password since the verification is case-sensitive.
If you'd like to reset your password, click here and type in your e-mail address. This will reset
your
password and give you a new one. Then, try to log back in.
If you are still having problems, please ensure that your login ID and password
are
secure. Only one
concurrent session is allowed using a particular login ID and
password. The Java Learning
Center program monitors the use of the system and reserves
the
right to block
out abusers from the system. Please send a mail to
java_learning@sun.com
if you are unable to login.
Q: I forgot my password and the hint I entered while setting up my
password. What do I do now?

support engineers
will get in touch with you to see if we can help you. We should warn
you though, that unless your identity can be confirmed without any
ambiguity, we might not be able to reactivate the account.
