Currently Sun offers two types of support for the Java 2
TM Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (including Java Plug-in).
Both per incident "developer level" support and contract-based support are offered by Sun's worldwide support group.
Per Incident Support
Per incident developer support is available through Sun Support Access .
Contractual Support
If you currently have contractual technical support from Sun Microsystems,
contact your Enterprise Services support account representative and ask about
adding support for Java Plug-in.
If you don't have contractual support from Sun but would like to
obtain it, contact your local Sun Enterprise Services support office. To
find the nearest support office, please call 1 800 USA-4SUN (US and Canada only)
or visit http://www.sun.com/service/contacting.
Note - For contract support, it is helpful to guide your support account
representative to page 35 of the "May 1999 Sun Microsystems Enterprise Services
End User and Reseller Corporate Price List".
