Currently Sun offers two types of support for the Java 2 TM Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (including Java Plug-in Software). Both per incident "developer level" support and contract-based support are offered by Sun's worldwide support group.
Per Incident SupportPer incident developer support is available through Sun Support Access .
Contractual SupportIf you currently have contractual technical support from Sun Microsystems, contact your Enterprise Services support account representative and ask about adding support for Java Plug-in Software . If you don't have contractual support from Sun but would like to obtain it, contact your local Sun Enterprise Services support office.
