Tomcat 5.0 for Java WSDP 1.4 is a Web container based upon Tomcat 5.0.19 that implements the Java Server Pages 2.0 and Java Servlet 2.4 specifications. This version of Tomcat closely mirrors the Web container provided in Sun Java System Application Server 8.0 Platform Edition.
Tomcat 5.0 for Java WSDP 1.4 is provided with the Apache 2.0 license. Tomcat 5.0 for Java WSDP 1.4 is not intended for deployment or production environments. Sun does not provide support for Tomcat 5.0 for Java WSDP 1.4, however, support is available for the Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition and Sun Java System Web Server.
