- Updated the top-level tutorial asant tasks to work with the Derby database instead
of the Pointbase database.
- Updated all of the examples that used a database to work with Derby. Included modifying all of the SQL files in the example tree, moving the ALTER TABLE and DROP TABLE statements into separate
delete.sql files.
- Updated chapters that explained how to use Pointbase. Added notes that explained what to do if you were using the tutorial with version 8.1 of the Application Server (go see the tutorial at http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/docs/tutorial-update6/doc/index.html).
- Bug fixes in several examples
